Do you charge my credit card at the time of purchase or when the item ships?
Yes, your card will be charged at the time of purchase. It is unavoidable because of the logistics associated with the secure storage of credit card information. To ensure security, upon payment you will be redirected to PayPal to process payment. We understand that it can sometimes be inconvenient to pay the full amount upfront and are currently working on a solution that will allow us the option to offer a “pay when it ships model.”

Can I cancel or modify a preorder?

When will my preorder ship?
JOJOSTOYBOX will begin processing Pre-Orders the day we receive the merchandise. We process and ship orders 7 days a week. Once your order is fullfilled you will be notifed IMMEDIATELY.
